Justice, Equality, and Reform
Powered by the People
We are building a nationwide movement to challenge unconstitutional laws, unite citizens across every state, and restore justice and equality. As a true grassroots political movement, PCFJE is committed to defending constitutional rights and strengthening people’s rights wherever they are threatened. Your voice matters. Join the People’s Convention for Justice and Equality and become part of a growing citizens’ movement dedicated to meaningful constitutional reform and real social justice.
TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER
The People’s Convention for Justice and Equality (PCFJE) is more than a movement; it’s a community and a committed civic and social organization made up of everyday Americans who believe in fairness, accountability, and equal protection under the law. Across every state, people are standing side by side to defend constitutional rights, oppose unconstitutional laws, and take part in a united justice reform movement.
When we come together, we amplify our ability to create change, protect civil liberties, and push for responsible government reform. This is not about one person; it’s about all of us, united as a civic society organization, working toward a future grounded in fairness, due process, and equal justice for every citizen.
State-by-state progress toward building a stronger movement.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Anthony Gantt – President & Founder
The People’s Convention for Justice and Equality (PCFJE) operates as a national civic and social organization uniting citizens across every state to challenge unconstitutional laws and defend constitutional rights. Our chapters educate, organize, and empower communities through coordinated action rooted in justice, fairness, and accountability.
Member information, petitions, and feedback are protected within a secure and transparent digital system, reinforcing our commitment to privacy, trust, and the protection of civil liberties as we advocate for meaningful constitutional reform and stronger civil rights advocacy.
01
Challenge Unconstitutional Laws
We confront laws and government actions that violate the spirit of the Constitution or cause the violation of constitutional rights. From judicial overreach to agency misuse of authority, we shine a light on injustice and fight to restore fairness.
02
Educate & Inform Citizens
Knowledge is power. Through research, videos, and state coalitions, we help Americans understand their constitutional rights, protect due process, and engage in responsible justice advocacy.
03
Build a National Movement
State by state, we are forming a united coalition of members and advocates. Every supporter strengthens our voice and brings us closer to real constitutional reform, a stronger reform movement, and fairer governance for all.
State-by-State Requirements to Demand Change
To call for reform under Article V, each state must act through its legislature or petition process. These requirements show how citizens, states, and coalitions can work together through the Article V amendment process to hold government accountable and ensure people’s rights and due process are protected nationwide.

We Oppose Unconstitutional Laws
PCFJE and the Citizens of America stand united against unconstitutional laws that threaten fairness, liberty, and equal protection. Our citizens movement is firmly committed to stand for equality, defend constitutional rights, and promote responsible reform.
01
Unconstitutional Delegation
of Power
When Congress or agencies exceed their authority, citizens suffer. PCFJE works to challenge these abuses and support efforts like the constitutional reform act, which aims to restore proper limits and accountability.
02
Violation of Citizen Rights
Too many laws today compromise due process, weaken equal justice, or contribute to the violation of constitutional rights. We fight to reverse these harms and protect what all Americans are guaranteed.
03
Judicial Overreach &
Inaction
Courts sometimes fail to protect people from unconstitutional statutes. PCFJE advocates for strong oversight, transparency, and the lawful defense of civil liberties.
04
Need for Reform &
Accountability
Through Article V and state coalitions, citizens can demand fair governance, correct abuses of power, and support a lasting justice reform movement built on integrity, unity, and respect for constitutional rights.
Educational Hub – Know Your Rights
PCFJE is a grassroots political movement and civic and social organization led by Anthony Gantt. We focus on educating Americans about their constitutional rights, challenging unconstitutional laws, and organizing coalitions to promote responsible constitutional reform through community-driven action.
Citizens can join groups like PCFJE, support their state legislatures, and participate in petitions, demonstrations, and advocacy networks. If you’re exploring how to start a grassroots political movement, the first step is building community, sharing knowledge, and taking consistent action.
It is any law or action that conflicts with the Constitution, violates due process, or undermines people’s rights.
Article V explains how amendments can be proposed and ratified. It is the guiding path for long-term constitutional reform, accountability, and the protection of civil liberties.
The 14th Amendment ensures equal protection under the law for all citizens. It prevents states from denying people their rights and strengthens civil rights protections. It is the foundation for challenging discriminatory or unconstitutional laws.
It means the government must act fairly, follow proper procedures, and respect the legal rights of every citizen, a foundation of justice that PCFJE works tirelessly to uphold.
